Founded in 1994 to address the lack of unity and missional oriental of Haitian Churches within the Southern Baptist life, the Fellowship has collaborated with hundreds of Haitian churches both in Florida and in Haiti. The drive is to always go beyond what has been already accomplished.
Activities undertaken by the Fellowship will be constantly monitored throughout the year to assess certain key performance indicators. This will offer the opportunity to determine the effectiveness, relevance, and efficiency level in each action conducted by the Fellowship. At the end of each calendar year, a systematic and objective assessment of any and all on-going or completed activity, project or program will be undertaken. This will give the opportunity to determine the relevance and fulfillment of implemented objectives, their impact, and sustainability on the Fellowship, its partners, and the entire Christian ministry.
To better capture the progress accomplished in the implementation of each objective, a baseline evaluation will be conducted before the start of each project. Such baseline will serve as a benchmark during mid and post evaluation to compare what progress, if any, has been accomplished and to what degree of satisfaction.
