Jackson Voltaire, Ph.D.

Dr. Jackson Voltaire is the Lead Pastor at Grace Connection Baptist Church located in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. He is an employee of the State of Florida and works in the area of Rules and Regulations Monitoring. He is experienced in capacity building and institutional strengthening of para-church and ethnic organizations such as the Haitian regional and state fellowships affiliated with the Florida Baptist Convention. He has in the past served as Vice president of the Haitian
State Fellowship.

Dr. Voltaire has worked as Professor of Graduate Research and Theology at the University of Fort Lauderdale for almost 4 years. He has in the past conducted consulting works for World Vision Haiti, USAID and other prominent governmental agencies in Haiti. Voltaire also worked as Head of Mission for the University of Montreal to work with the Rector’s Office of Haiti State University to establish the DESS program at the Medical School.

Dr. Voltaire is a frequent speaker and trainer at conferences and other similar events. He lives in Weston, FL and is married with his wife Julie with whom he has three children: Timothy, Elizabeth and Hadassah.
